Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium grant is provided to schools by the Department for Education in order to to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in state-funded schools in England.

The Priory Primary School's Pupil Premium Strategy Document outlines the grant allocation for the year, the impact of the previous year's expenditure, a summary of the main barriers to educational achievement faced by eligible pupils, how the funding will be spent to address those challenges, and how the impact of this expenditure will be measured.

PE and Sports Premium

The PE and Sports Premium grant is provided to schools by the Department for Education in order to increase staff's confidence, knowledge and skills in teaching PE and sport; increase engagement of all pupils in regular physical activity and sport; raise the profile of PE and sport across the school; offer a broader and more equal experience of a range of sports and physical activities to all pupils; and increase participation in competitive sport.

The Priory Primary School's PE and Sport Premium Strategy Document outlines the grant allocation for the year, details of how the grant has been/will be spent, the impact the grant had on pupils' PE participation and attainment, information on how these impacts will be sustained, and information on swimming attainment.
